Genesee County motorcycle crash death of Thomas H. Hankey of Hilton – Obituary
Thomas H. Hankey of Hilton has been identified as the person killed in a fatal Genesee County motorcycle crash that occurred on Saturday, May 21, 2022.
The wreck happened in the afternoon hours in the Town of Byron.
Hankey was allegedly eastbound on North Byron Road with three other riders when his motorcycle crossed the highway at 3:40 p.m., collided with a farm fence around 6191 N. Byron Road, and flipped end over end, according to the report.
The reason of the collision is being investigated, according to the Sheriff’s Office.
