West Augusta car crash death of Trenton T. Varner – Obituary

To begin, The victim of an accident involving three vehicles that occurred on Shenandoah Mountain Drive in West Augusta about half a mile east of Ramsey’s Draft Fire Road on Tuesday morning has been identified by the Virginia State Police as a male resident of Head Waters who was 36 years old.

At 7:13 a.m. on Tuesday, police arrived at the scene of the collision, which had also left another individual in critical condition.

According to a press release, a 2019 Toyota Highlander was going east on Shenandoah Mountain Drive when it was sideswiped by a 2017 Subaru WRX that had crossed the center line and was traveling west on the same road. According to the police, the Subaru proceeded into the eastbound lane and collided with a Toyota Rav4 from the year 2015.

According to the police, Trenton T. Varner, 36, from Head Waters, who was driving the Subaru, passed away at the site of the accident. He did not have a seatbelt on at the time.

According to the police, the driver of the Toyota Rav4, a 64-year-old woman named Donna M. Gregory from Williamsville, was taken to a hospital for treatment of significant injuries. According to the announcement, Meagan R. Neil, 36, who was driving the Highlander at the time of the collision, had no injuries as a result of the incident. Both Gregory and Neil had their seat belts on at all times.

The inquiry into the accident is still ongoing.
