Yakima Wash. shooting death of Nikki Godfrey; Roy Knoeb Jr; and Jeffrey Howlett – Obituary
The three victims of the random shooting at a convenience store in Yakima, Washington, on Tuesday have had their identities made public.
The shooting inside a Circle K shop claimed the lives of Nikki Godfrey, 40; Roy Knoeb Jr., 65; and Jeffrey Howlett, 54; according to the Yakima Herald-Republic.
Around 3:30 a.m. on Tuesday, the suspect Jarid Haddock, 21, shot and killed Godfrey and Knoeb inside the business.
Howlett was seated in his Chevrolet Tahoe at the gas pumps when Haddock went outside and opened fire, according to the affidavit.
Howlett was discovered with many gunshot wounds and was declared dead there and then. Both Godfrey and Knoeb, who were discovered inside with many gunshot wounds, passed away immediately.
