North Dakota snowmobile crash death of Bruce Hanson – Obituary

The Minnesota man who died in a snowmobile accident approximately 10 miles southeast of here on January 25 was identified by the North Dakota Highway Patrol on Thursday, February 2.

The 2007 Arctic Cat piloted by Bruce Hanson, 67, of Jackson, Minnesota, reportedly crashed in a field close to the intersection of Third Street Southeast and 43rd Avenue in Bowdon, according to the patrol. Hanson expired there and then.

The Wells County Sheriff’s Office, Bowdon Fire Department, and Bowdon Ambulance provided assistance to the patrol when they reacted to the collision, which had no witnesses, just after 7 o’clock in the evening.

The patrol is still looking into the collision.
