In a tragic incident that occurred just after nightfall in Casper, Wyoming, Charles Goldner Landrum, a 59-year-old resident of Casper, lost his life in a devastating car crash.
The collision involved a Chevy Equinox at the busy intersection of CY Ave. and Wyoming Blvd., and Landrum succumbed to his injuries at the hospital a day later.

The Chevy Equinox, traveling westward, tragically struck Landrum as he ventured into the street, a fateful encounter detailed in a press release issued by the agency on Friday.
According to the Wyoming Highway Patrol’s account of the incident, officers rushed to the scene to discover Landrum incapacitated and sprawled on the roadway.
They immediately initiated life-saving measures, including CPR. Natrona County Sheriff’s Deputies swiftly joined the effort, providing crucial assistance until emergency medical personnel arrived.
Landrum was transported to Banner Medical Center for urgent medical attention, but his condition continued to deteriorate. Tragically, he passed away the following evening, marking a somber end to this heartbreaking chapter.
