Fatal Henry County crash claims life of Teresa Smart Milligan – Obituary
A tragic incident unfolded on a Friday evening in Henry County, Virginia, as authorities from the Virginia State Police launched an investigation into a fatal single-vehicle collision.
At precisely 7:34 p.m., tragedy struck on Route 641, proximate to the intersection with Route 220. The calamity involved a 2010 Nissan Xterra, journeying northward along Route 641.
In a heartbreaking turn of events, the vehicle veered off the right-hand side of the road, ultimately colliding with a substantial tree.
Regrettably, the driver of the ill-fated vehicle has been identified as Teresa Smart Milligan, a 60-year-old resident of Axton. Tragically, Ms. Milligan was not wearing her seatbelt at the time of the calamitous collision, and her life was tragically extinguished at the scene of the incident.
