Fatal Douglas County fiery crash death of Ray Htoo – Obituary
The Douglas County Sheriff’s Office has disclosed the identities of the young individuals entangled in a devastating collision that claimed the lives of two individuals.
Ray Htoo, a 16-year-old, was designated as the operator of the vehicle that became engulfed in flames during the accident. The flames tragically claimed the lives of both Ray and his 16-year-old co-passenger, Eh Ywa Htoo, as officially reported by the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office.
In the wake of the tragic incident, the authorities have unveiled the identities of the three additional passengers who sustained injuries during the ill-fated crash. These individuals were identified as 17-year-old Tah Moo, 13-year-old Joreh Htoo, and 13-year-old Eh Moo, as confirmed by law enforcement.
