Deputies from the sheriff’s office attempted to halt a vehicle on suspicion of driving under the influence just prior to 4 a.m. near the vicinity of Augusta Road and Old Augusta Road.
When the driver, Terrance Eugene Robinson, refused to comply with the deputy’s orders, a pursuit ensued, as disclosed by Lt. Ryan Flood.
The intense chase extended to the Perimeter Road and Antioch Church Road area, where the vehicle lost control, resulting in a harrowing flip that ejected three occupants.
