Fatal Fall River Shooting Claims Life of Jovanni Perez – Obituary
In a distressing incident, Jovanni Perez, an 18-year-old resident, met a tragic end in Fall River on Saturday. Law enforcement swiftly responded to a distress call reporting a shooting at 253 Locust St. around 12:18 p.m.
Upon arrival, the first responders discovered the lifeless body of the young man, later identified as Jovanni Perez, according to an official statement released by Bristol District Attorney Thomas Quinn’s office.
The unfortunate victim, hailing from Fall River and East Weymouth, was promptly transported to Charlton Memorial Hospital in Fall River. Regrettably, medical professionals pronounced his untimely demise shortly after 1:40 p.m., as confirmed by the district attorney’s office.
