Fatal Dallas shooting death of Thomas Tycion Burns – Obituary

The Dallas law enforcement authorities promptly responded to a report of a shooting occurrence that transpired at approximately 9:30 p.m. in the vicinity of the 13000 block of Esperanza Road, situated in close proximity to the Central Expressway.
